CONSTITUTION:In mixing a compounding material based on a hydraulic substance 1, a fiber material 2, and aggregate without adding water, the compounding material 4 is rapidly frozen in such a state that the fiber material 3 is dispersed and the frozen fiber material 3, the hydraulic substance 1 and the aggregate 2 are mixed by predetermined quantities. |
