摘要 FIELD: preparing of fresh garlic for storage and further usage in space feeding. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially extracting Mortierella marburgensis micromycet biomass with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water; uniting first extract with solid residue for producing of preparation from biomass; sterilizing distilled water, gauze wads and smoking paper; preparing 70%-ethyl alcohol solution based on distilled water and 0.001%-suspension of biomass preparation; inspecting garlic; washing in running water; holding in suspension of preparation produced from biomass at room temperature during 10 min; drying at temperature of 30±5 C until residual moisture content of upper scale is 18-20%; dividing into cloves; wiping each clove with sterilized gauze wad soaked in ethyl alcohol solution; exposing each of opposite sides of closes during 30 min to ultraviolet radiation of 1.5-2.5 W/m3 power; packaging under aseptic conditions each 5 cloves in smoking paper and placing in layers within sterile polymer trays. Method allows garlic to be transported to space object and stored there for 45 days to be used in space feeding. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in storage and usage of special-purpose garlic in fresh state.
