The circuit illuminates constant light of neon lamp, and prevents danger of fire and fault. The circuit includes a source (10), a rectifying circuit (20), a switching circuit (30), a power supplying unit (40), an oscillating circuit (50), and a rectangular oscillating circuit (60), a high voltage protection circuit (70) which has a thyristor (SCR), a zener diode (ZD), resistors (R6-R11), a condenser (C6) and diodes (D5)(D6), an attenuator (80) which has a transformer (TS3) coil (L2), condensers (C7)(C8), diodes (D7)(D8), and a neon lamp (90) which has a transformer (TS3) coil (L2), condensers (C7)(C8) and diodes (D7)(D8).
