PURPOSE:To avoid a starting failure due to a secondary voltage drop related to line floating capacity generated between the secondary side of a high frequency generator and a fluorescent lamp to light first, regarding sequential lighting control. CONSTITUTION:Regarding a relationship between a plurality of fluorescent lamps La and Lb, and a high frequency generator 1, a distance between the lamps La and Lb, and the lighting sequence thereof are taken into consideration. Then, a distance between the first lighting fluorescent lamp La and the high frequency generator 1 is set to be shorter. According to this construction, secondary voltage applied from the high frequency generator 1 to the lamp La is prevented from dropping due to line floating capacity as far as possible, thereby making sure that the lamp La first starts and lights. |
