CONSTITUTION:A DNA sequence coding a farnesyl diphosphate synthetase originated from Bacillus stearothermophilus. A production system for the above enzyme having especially high thermal stability can be constructed by selecting Bacillus stearothermophilus as a gene source for the enzyme. |
