PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device which is excellent in portability to be developed into a more integrated device and a portable device system. SOLUTION: Though a first communication terminal B-1 can be connected to and communicate with the external communication terminal of the opposite party through a radio communication station 1 via a mobile communication network, etc., a second communication terminal B-2 can communicate only with the first communication terminal B-1. Ringer tone (RRRR...) is generated in accordance with an incoming call as shown in (a), and when a user U operates the first communication terminal B-1 with a right hand finger RF in response to the ringer tone, incoming call processing is carried out. When the user U operates the first communication terminal B-1 with the right hand finger RF as shown in (b), call processing is carried out. The second communication terminal B-2 is worming an ear, and the first communication terminal B-1 is positioned near the mouth to start speech communication as shown in (c). Thus, speech communication can be conducted with the opposite party outside.
