<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a driving device of a modulator by providing a fluid outlet with a regulator slider 52 moved according to a pressure difference in a modulator which is provided in a power steering circuit and adapted to separate a high pressure fluid from a fluid supply circuit for a fluid motor. CONSTITUTION: A modulator is formed by slidably inserting a slider 52 in a hole 50 of a main body 48 provided with an inlet orifice 58, and the slider 52 is slid by a control member 98 to discharge a controlled fluid from a fluid outlet 60. In this case, two bearing faces 82, 84 isolated by a narrow portion 86 are formed in the slider 52 to partition the interior of the hole 50 into three chambers, and an inlet orifice 58 is opened opposite to the narrow portion 86. The outlet 60 controlled by the second bearing face 84 is communicated with an intermediate chamber 70 haing an outlet orifice 62 opened in the side wall part, and a regulator slider 72 moved according to a pressure difference between the first chamber 1 and the intermediate chamber 70 to control the outlet orifice 62 is accommodated in the intermediate chamber 70.</p> |
