PURPOSE:To facilitate to recognize a picture distribution for a hue by selecting plural sensitivity filters corresponding to respective hues of a reflecting light from a photographic paper which is the tested surface to transfer a natural color picture and providing them in front of a photoelectric converting element. CONSTITUTION:When a photographic paper 107 to transfer the picture of a natural color is supplied in an arrow 108 direction and arrives at a reading position 102, picture recognition is started. An irradiation light from a light source 101 is reflected by the photographic paper 107 and is image-formed through a designated filter 4 of a filter plate 103 with a converging lens 105 on a photoelectric converting element 16. For example, when a frame 109 on the photographic paper 107 is red and a character 110 in i is black, the frame 109 is photoelectric-converted 106 with a filter 111 sharpest to the red and a character 110 is photoelectric-converted 106 with a filter 112 for black. for a design 113 of a seal, a filter 114 for orange is selected. Thus, the picture distribution for the hue is easily recognized. |
