PURPOSE:To improve the speed of paying-back works, by causing a terminal which receives a response to reserve to its paying-back request to transmit a reprocess request to a host computer after a designated time and to make the paying-back works at the time of making the reprocess request. CONSTITUTION:Responses to reserve are added to the judged code of a host computer 3 to paying-back processing requests from terminals 11, 12,...1n. The host computer 3 immediately makes a response to reserve as a temporary dummy response to attention data from a terminal, to which the computer 3 must make an enquiry to a center 5 by issuing a numbering request. Moreover, it is made possible to the terminal which receives the response to reserve from the host computer 3 to designate timing at which the attention data can again be transmitted to the terminal a designated time after the reception of the response to reserve. Therefore, the host computer 3 can immediately transmit response data to the terminals 11, 12,...1n to the processing request of the terminals when it is not necessary to make any enquiry to the center 5 and the processing speed of the paying-back works at the terminals can be improved. |
