PURPOSE:To miniaturize the unit and to reduce the cost by supplying a feedback signal from a piezoelectric element connected to the secondary winding to a switching element connected to the primary winding of a winding transformer. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 13 is turned off, a transistor 4 is conducted and the current flows to the primary winding 301 of a winding transformer 3. When the induction voltage of the secondary winding 302 is impressed to a piezoelectric element 2, which is then extended and a predetermined positive high voltage is outputted from an end face electrode 202. By the expansion of a piezoelectric element 1 a transistor 4 becomes non-conductive due to the negative voltage given to an end face electrode 102. Thus, the current to the primary winding 301 is interrupted and afterwards the transistor 4 is again conducted. Corresponding to the expansion of piezoelectric elements 1 and 2 the primary winding of the winding transformer 3 is controlled and a self- oscillation circuit is established. |
