PURPOSE:To generate various colored flames which are stable and highly bright, by dissolving a particular major luminescent material, a luminescent auxiliary, and a luminescent stabilizer in a liq. fuel which exhibits a liq. phase at room temp. under atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:A liq. fuel for generation of a highly bright colored flame obtd. by dissolving the following major luminescent agent (a), luminescent auxiliary (b), and luminescent stabilizer (c) in a liq. fuel which exhibits a liq. phase at room temp. under atmospheric pressure. Component (a): any one of inorganic and organic compds. of a metal capable of causing a color reaction and inorganic and organic boric acid compds. Component (b): at least one member selected from among oxamic ester, oxalic ester, and organic peroxide. Component (c): at least one member selected from among organic hydrocarbons, cyclohexane and its esters.
