A portable terminal is provided to install a capacitor in a part which connects terminal housings with a ground formed on a component mounted inside the terminal, thereby preventing a leakage current generated during a charging process from flowing into surfaces of the terminal housings. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(26) is embedded in a terminal body, and is equipped with a ground(36) on a surface thereof. A connector(50) expands the ground by electrically connecting housings(12,22) of the terminal body with the ground of the PCB. A capacitor(60) is installed on the connector to block a DC(Direct Current) as passing an AC(Alternating Current), so as to prevent a leakage current from flowing into the housings.
