PURPOSE:To prevent an interlayer short in a cylindrical coil, by placing and soldering a connecting part protruded from an end part of a cylindrical coil on the surface of a commutator segment when a cylindrical coil and a commutator segment are to be connected. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical coil 1 is calked by inserting a commutator plate 2 into one of mouths of the cylindrical coil, with the commutator plate 2 fixed. Then a connecting part 4 of a lead wire with insulating coating protruded from an end part of the cylindrical coil 1 is placed on the surface of a commutator segment 3 and fixed thereto by soldering 8. And after the other segment 3 is soldered to a peel- off part 7 of the insulating coatings 7 formed on an end part of the cylindrical coil 1, the whole body is fixed by the adhesives. With such an arrangement, because the connecting part 4 is fixed and its tip part do not peel off the insulating coatings on the inner surface of the cylindrical coil 1, an interlayer short can be prevented. |
