PURPOSE:To lessen the level-difference variation of a head exerting an influence on the quality of a picture by interposing a flexible substance between a pushing-up pin and head chip when sticking the head chip to a head base by pushing it up by the pushing-up pin. CONSTITUTION:On the tip of pushing-up pin 5, cushion 7 such as silicone rubber is mounted. This cushion 7 disperses a load on head chip 2. Therefore, when chip 2 is pushed up by pushing-up pin 5 via cushion 7 to come into contact with head base 1 and a bonding agent is flowed into the clearance between chip 2 and base 1 for sticking, even the unevenness of the surface of pin 5 never concentrates the pushing-up load on chip 2 to generate stress, and consequently its secular fluctuations never increase the difference in level between two video heads fitted to a cylinder. |
