The container for beauty cream or other cosmetic products consists of the receptacle itself (1) and its lid (3). The container is preferably flat and circular, with the rim of the receptacle threaded (2) so that the lid (3) can be screwed on to keep it tightly shut. The inner surface of the lid (3) reflects light, so that it can serve as a mirror (4), thereby dispensing with a separate mirror for the user when the latter is travelling.
