FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: proposed product is obtained by feeding honey in raw solid form through a loading neck into a tank with vertical rotary screw installed with a gap between the screw auger and the tank. Screw auger supplies the material to unloading end of the tank with closed drain valve, providing honey mixing inside the tank and breaking the crystals at their interaction with each other in order to grind them and make smooth and small. Mixing is continued until crystals honey are broken enough to convert honey into a mild paste-like honey product, and the mixing process is performed without any heating and without filtration of the product.EFFECT: method ensures production of soft paste-like honey product.4 cl, 7 dwg |
