摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new naphthoquinone derivative that can provide a high-sensitive electrophotographic photoreceptor, and provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent sensitivity, excellent permanency of the photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: The naphthoquinone derivative is represented by general formula (1) (wherein R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>3</SB>, R<SB>4</SB>and R<SB>5</SB>are each independently H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, a cycloalkyl, an aryl, an aralkyl or a halogen; R<SB>6</SB>and R<SB>7</SB>are each independently H, a 1-6C alkyl, an alkoxy, a cycloalkyl, an aryl, an aralkyl, an aryl substituted alkenyl or a halogen atom; m and n are each an integer of from 1 to 4). The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer including a charge generating agent, a naphthoquinone derivative represented by general formula (1) and a binding resin on a conductive base body.
