PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably dry the back side of a stool user by providing a branch duct on a cooling device incorporated in a stool, and utilizing the fan of a hot wind blowing device to blow cool wind. SOLUTION: A cooling device comprising a condenser 3, a compressor 4, an evaporator 5 and a fan 6 together with a washing tank 2 is incorporated in a cover 1b vertically provided rearward of a stool 1, and cool wind is blown from a blowing opening 7 through a duct 8 to the neck of a stool user. A branch duct 9 is downward extended through a switching valve 10 to the duct 8 and connected to the fan unit 11 of a hot wind blowing device. When the stool user turns a dry switch on, the heater of the fan unit 11 is turned off, the switching valve 10 is opened to dry the back side of the user by cool wind. Thus, in the case where the cooling device operates, the back side of the stool user can be dried by cool wind in place of hot wind.
