A plurality of holes 7 each for injecting the cooling medium are formed toward the heating element 2 on the rear surface of the heat sink 1. A plurality of headers 8, 9 are arranged at the opposite heating element side. A channel for returning the cooling medium injected from the hole 7 is arranged.
