The invention claims a device-to-device (D2D) data transmission method, and a user equipment (UE) and a network equipment adopting the same. A communication system is configured to assign different types of user information to corresponding logical channels for transmission, and assign the logical channels to a logical channel set. The UE is configured to report, according to logical channel set information, data traffic corresponding to the logical channel set. In response, the network equipment is configured to allocate, according to a data volume carried by the logical channel set, a D2D resource to the UE. The UE is configured to transmit, according to the D2D resource allocated by the network equipment, D2D data. |
