FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of testing abrasive wear of machine parts at high temperature and high specific pressures and device for investigation of abrasive wear of machine parts at high temperature and high specific pressures, indicating abrasive wear, arising during operation of mechanical equipment operating in extremely unfavourable operating conditions. Counterpiece (4) in form of a rod located along axis of the container (1) is heated to a temperature in range (500-1,000) K, ending sample (5) with an opening (6) and lateral channel (7) and sample squeezed through a gap closed sliding element (8) formed between surface of sliding member (8) and lateral channel (7) in sample (5) by acting on counterpiece (4) disposed in bore (6) of sample (5) rod (9) of punch (10), causing surface pressure in range of (300-1,200) MPa, rate of movement of sliding element (8) relative to gap was 100 m / min. Device for testing wear on abrasive comprises a container (1) adapted to be heated to a temperature in range of (500-1,000) K in hole (3) which has a rod (9) of punch (10) and counterpiece (4) and belongs to opening (6) of sample (5) with lateral channel (7) and sliding member (8) covering opening (6), rod (9) of punch (10) configured to create specific pressure (300-1200) MPa slide member (8) closes opening (6) at a speed of relative movement gap (0.1-100) m/min.EFFECT: technical result is enabling testing of materials for abrasive wear, in particular metals, characterised by changes in shape of radius between hole and side channel, as well as change in weight of sample after passage of a given path by plasticised counterpiece.3 cl, 1 dwg |
