The present invention relates to a preparation method of Dendropanax morbifera beverage and Dendropanax morbifera beverage prepared by the same. More specifically, the preparation method of the present invention comprises: placing Dendropanax morbifera into water and heating the same to draw a first extract; placing the Dendropanax morbifera taken out after the first extraction process and pine needles into water and heating the mixture to draw a second extract; and mixing the first and the second extract, wherein ingredients beneficial to a human body from Dendropanax morbifera and pine needles can be taken. In particular, since extracts from Dendropanax morbifera and pine needles are combined, bitter taste of Dendropanax morbifera is neutralized to provide peppermint-like fresh and cooling taste and flavor, thereby allowing all ages and sexes to readily drink the beverage so that excellent merchantability is ensured. |
