PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the congestion situation of a public transportation with a simple configuration in which any special facility is not necessary for a vehicle or the like.SOLUTION: A congestion situation grasping system 1 includes: an information processing terminal 2 carried by a user; and an information processing server 3. The information processing terminal 2 includes: a position information acquisition part 23 for acquiring the position information of an own terminal; a congestion degree acquisition part 24 for acquiring a degree of ambient congestion on the basis of a radio wave from any portable terminal other than an own terminal; a transmission information generation part 25 for generating transmission information with which the position information, the degree of congestion and time information indicating time when the degree of congestion is acquired are associated; and a transmission part 26 for transmitting the transmission information to the information processing server 3. The information processing server 3 includes a congestion situation information generation part 31 for generating congestion situation information by collating the position information and time information associated with the transmission information with public transportation information with which the stop position information and stop time information of a transportation are associated, and associating the degree of congestion with the specific transportation. |
