The invention relates to a turbine such as an active-lift wind turbine having a substantially vertical axis, comprising at least two, preferably three profiled rotor blades (1) which are actuated by a hydraulic fluid and are connected to a central shaft x-x' by means of connecting arms (2), characterised in that said shaft comprises actuation means which make it possible to recover the mechanical energy from the lift of the forces induced by the hydraulic fluid, said means consisting of linear actuation members which are associated with each of the rotor blades (1) which are reciprocally translated during each rotation of the turbine, and of conversion members which make it possible to convert said reciprocating translation into a rotation which is centred on the shaft x-x' of the turbine.
