<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a conventional electrolytic processing apparatus that a potential difference is generated even in areas other than a processing target area since a workpiece is immersed in an electrolytic solution over a wide range, and that the conventional electrolytic processing apparatus is therefore inadequate, from processing accuracy perspectives, for additional processing by partially precipitating metallic ions of the electrolytic solution to create a specific shape.SOLUTION: An electrolytic processing apparatus includes: a tool electrode that includes a first inner through-hole for discharging an electrolytic solution toward a tip end portion, and a second inner through-hole attracting the electrolytic solution from the tip end portion; an application unit applying a voltage to a workpiece installed to face the tip end portion so that a potential of the tool electrode is higher than that of the workpiece; and a control unit exerting a circulation control over the electrolytic solution and a voltage control over the application unit to precipitate metal on a surface of the workpiece.</p> |
