The present invention relates to food including a fermented bean paste component with live yeast, rice cake using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the food including a fermented bean paste component comprises a step of preparing fermented bean paste, a step of firstly coating the fermented bean paste with a first coating solution, a step of drying the firstly coated fermented bean paste for a predetermined time, a step of secondly coating the dried fermented bean paste with a second coating solution, and a step of hardening the secondly coated fermented bean paste for a predetermined time. |
