摘要 The invention relates to a process for making flexible and transparent electrodes obtained by electrospinning and electrochemical deposition which can be used as sensors, in optoelectronics, photocatalysis, as electrodes for photovoltaic devices or lighting devices. According to the invention, the process has the following stages: a. preparing the working solution from 10% polymethacrylate having the molecular mass of 350000, 7.5% zinc acetate and dimethylformamide as a solvent; b. preparing polymeric fibre lattices by depositing the polymer onto a Cu collector with an internal surface of 10 cm, using an electrospinning installation consisting of a syringe-type reservoir which supplies the installation with a working solution, at a supply rate of 0.5 ml/h, the solution being sprayed at an ambient temperature of 22°C and a relative humidity of 70% through a spinneret-type syringe needle of stainless steel having an internal diameter of 0.5 mm towards the Cu collector placed at a distance of 15 cm from the spinneret, having an applied electric potential of 15 kV; c. depositing a metal coating on only one face of the polymeric fibre lattice support, by cathode sputtering, using a magnetron system, in an Ag protective atmosphere, using for 30 min a current of 15 mA and a pressure of 3 x 10mbar; d. attaching the metal-coated polymeric fiber lattice to a rigid or flexible substrate, by heating at 80°C while softly pressing; e. obtaining the finished product, i.e. the electrode coated with nanostructured zinc oxide, by electrochemical deposition from aqueous solution of zinc nitrate hydrated with 14.5 g/l and potassium nitrate as support electrolyte, at a temperature of 90°C, for 30 min, the specific properties and, hence, the electrode functionality being able to be changed by the selection of the working condition for each stage of the process.
