<p>The invention relates to a cutting head using water jet and abrasive agents in order to cut metal and non-metal materials which are difficult to process by other methods. According to the invention, the cutting head comprises a jacket (), a water nozzle () made of diamond or sapphire, a mixing chamber () having an abrasive agent inlet which is double inclined at 45% in respect of its vertical axis, so as to result in a homogeneous mixture of water and abrasive agent, a focusing tube () for the water-abrasive mixture, a tube () for the abrasive agent, a body () having one end machined in the form of an elastic bushing provided with a conical surface on which there is screwed a nut () which also aligns and fixes the focusing tube (), so as to allow the clean flowing of the water and abrasive jet at a constant rate, some sealing gaskets () and a connection piece ().</p> |
