PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte cell which exhibits excellent low temperature performance, while using a flammable nonaqueous electrolyte.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous solvent contains a carbonate-based solvent, a fluorine-containing phosphate ester, and fluorine-containing ester. In the nonaqueous electrolyte, the inflammation point is not measured at 80°C or lower by an inflammation point measurement method using a Seta enclosed inflammation point measuring device specified in JISK2265-2, and the nonaqueous electrolyte boils before the inflammation point by an inflammation point measurement method using a Cleveland open inflammation point tester specified in JISK2265-4. |
