PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat equipped with an airbag module capable of suppressing the rotation of a mounting member for mounting a stay cloth to the air bag module when deploying an airbag, and to provide a mounting member for the same.SOLUTION: A seat equipped with an airbag module 6 housing an airbag includes: a guide member 32 for guiding the expanding direction of the airbag module 6; a mounting member 50 to which an end of the guide member 32 is mounted; and a mounted part 12 to which the mounting member 50 is connected. A rotation suppressing part 17 for suppressing the rotation of the mounting member 50 in relation to the mounted member 12 is provided between the mounted part 12 and the mounting member 50. |
