PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to reduce a driving voltage by improving a charge moving speed in a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode are laminated on a substrate. The organic light emitting layer includes a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer(320), a light emitting layer(330), an electron transport layer(340), and an electron injection layer. The hole transport layer, the light emitting layer, and the electron transport layer are formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A charge transport dopant is doped on the light emitting layer.
