<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an airtight container by restraining displacement of a pair of substrates. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an airtight container, while a second jointing material 22 of a square frame shape arranged between a pair of a face plate 3 and a rear plate 4 is locally heated by plural local heating lights via the rear plate 4, the plural local heating lights are scanned in a circumferential direction of the second jointing material 2, so as to joint the face plate 3 and the rear plate 4 with the second jointing material 22. The airtight container is surrounded by the face plate 3, the rear plate 4, and the second jointing material 22. Heating is started by first and second local heating lights 40 and 41 from positions of a pair of opposed sides of the second jointing material 22 except for an end of the side, and the first and second local heating lights 40 and 41 are scanned in the same circumferential direction along the circumferential direction of the second jointing material 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
