PURPOSE: A jig unit for LED chip inspection is provided to rapidly and easily execute a task contacting a probe to an LED chip by preventing the generation of interference between integrating spheres installed on the top of the LED chip. CONSTITUTION: An LED chip(10) is placed on a seating member(110). A fixing member(120) fixes the seating member. A probe coupling body(130) has a probe. The probe supplies a power source to the LED chip. A moving member(140) is movably installed at the lower side of the probe coupling body. An actuator(150) transfers the moveable member. A first holder(160) and a second holder(170) fix the LED chip settled on the seating member. The first holder has a first rotary arm and a first holding member. The second holder has a second rotary arm and a second holding member. A holder operating member rotates the first rotary arm and the second rotary arm by the actuator. |
