<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell and a solar cell module which have improved photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell 10 comprises a photoelectric conversion part 20, a light-receiving surface electrode 21a, and a rear surface electrode 21b. The light-receiving surface electrode 21a is disposed on a light-receiving surface 20a of the photoelectric conversion part 20. The rear surface electrode 21b is disposed on a rear surface 20b of the photoelectric conversion part 20. The rear surface electrode 21b includes a metal film 21b1 and an electrode 21b2 for electrical connection. The metal film 21b1 covers at least part of the rear surface 20b.
