<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter that can suppress deterioration of filter characteristics caused by delamination due to thermal shocks incurred during reflow soldering or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The common mode noise filter includes: a first magnetic part 12 and a second magnetic part 14; a nonmagnetic part 13 held between the first magnetic part 12 and the second magnetic part 14; and a planar first coil conductor part 16 and second coil conductor part 17 buried in the nonmagnetic part 13 so as to be situated on a first magnetic part side and a second magnetic part side, respectively, in the nonmagnetic part 13 and opposed to each other in a noncontact state. A first lead conductor part 15 for connecting one end of the first coil conductor part 16 to a first external terminal 21 is buried in the nonmagnetic part 13, and a second lead conductor par 18 for connecting one end of the second coil conductor part 17 to a third external terminal 23 is buried in the nonmagnetic part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
