Invention herewith described refers to the concrete foundation for rail vehicles consisting of one slab of rail foundation with built in one-piece sleepers or split sleepers, and that is set perpendicularly to the direction of movement and has a weakened cross-section in areas where the seizure can occur, thus reducing the area, as well as enclosing the weakened section to allow the transfer the lateral body forces for the transmission of cross forces too.
