PURPOSE: A carbon fiber heat dissipation body and a heat dissipation sheet manufacturing method using the same are provided to fundamentally block moisture penetration in the carbon fiber heat dissipation body, thereby preventing a safety accident by a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: A carbon fiber heat dissipation body(100) radiating heat is manufactured. A foam sheet(200) is laminated in the upper and lower parts of the carbon fiber heat dissipation body. A reflecting layer(400) is laminated in the lower part of the foam sheet. A heat insulation layer(300) is laminated in the upper part of the foam sheet. A coated layer(600) is laminated in the upper part of the heat insulation layer. A moisture-proof layer(500) is laminated in the lower part of the reflecting layer.
