PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book which is of high quality and excels in durability without using a special apparatus to manufacture.SOLUTION: The invention refers to a book with book text and covering board to cover the text. The book text has a plurality of paper sheets each piled up on another and bound at the rear end, an inner adhesive layer and an outer adhesive layer, and is equipped with the first connecting sheet and the second connecting sheet each cemented by the inner adhesive layer to the external surface of the top front page and to the rear side of the last page of the plurality of paper sheets, and is also equipped with a binding member to bind by piercing through the plurality of paper sheets, the first connecting sheet and the second connecting sheet. The covering board has a spine to cover the back surface of the plurality of paper sheets, the front covering board to cover the exterior surface of the top front page of paper sheets, and the rear covering board to cover the exterior surface of the last page of paper sheets, and the back surface of the book text is then made to contact with the spine of the covering board, and the outer adhesive layers of the first and the second connecting sheets are each cemented to the facings of the front covering board and the rear covering board. |
