A process and device for generation of active microparticles and irradiation relates to producing of ozone and microparticles and can be used for purification of gaseous emissions, decontamination of water, preparation of chemically pure substances, etc. In the process for generation of active microparticles and irradiation, comprising the action on gas by pulse corona discharge with certain characteristics, according to the inventions, at action on gas by pulse corona discharge the expansion of ionization zone is carried out, the volume Vof which corresponds to the ratio: 0.3V ≤ V≤ V, where V – total volume having corona discharge. At that the action on gas is carried out under pressure, which is higher than atmospheric one. In the device for generation of active microparticles and irradiation, comprising a working chamber and connected thereto generator of high-voltage pulses and unit for gas supply, the working chamber comprises an electrode system as a pair of coaxial electrodes, the external of which is a low voltage tubular electrode, and the inner one is a high voltage rod, on the rod of inner electrode the conducting plates are fixed in planes, perpendicular to its longitudinal axis; according to the invention an elevating transforming device of voltage with total leakage inductance is introduced additionally at the outlet of generator of high voltage pulses, corresponding to the ratio of L< t/C, connected to a high voltage switcher, attached to the working chamber. By means of the proposed process and device for generation of active microparticles and irradiation the productivity is increased at maintenance of relatively low specific energy consumption. |
