PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce pieces of gel of a uniform size with excellent accuracy by ejecting droplets using an inkjet method or the like onto a face to be hit by a droplet and subsequently curing the droplets by a method comprising a heat treatment, UV irradiation, or the like. SOLUTION: Pieces of gel 1 of a variety of minute shapes can be formed with excellent accuracy by minutely dividing UV-curable ink 2 as accurately as required, and ejecting the minutely divided UV-curable ink 2 as a droplet onto a precise position, namely a pocket member 11.
