PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sensitivity degradation due to the influence of interference waves generated because of an oscillator in the inside in a radio apparatus used in wide band frequencies by switching a plurality of channels. SOLUTION: The radio apparatus includes: a receiving unit 21 for receiving radio signals by a switchable reception frequency; an interference wave detection unit 30 for detecting the interference waves for lowering the reception sensitivity of the radio apparatus to a predetermined level or more by interfering with the radio signals received in the receiving unit 21; oscillators 12, 14, 16 for oscillating at a variable oscillation frequency; and a clock control unit 40 which is a control unit for controlling the oscillation frequency of the oscillators 12, 14, 16 on the basis of a detected result in the interference wave detection unit 30.
