PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet counting and filling apparatus capable of accurately counting and filling tablets while preventing the tablets from being chipped. SOLUTION: The tablet counting and filling apparatus consists of a bottomed cylindrical container. A tablet outlet is formed in a part of an outer circumferential part of its bottom plate, and a case 31 is arranged in an inclined state. A rotary disk 32 is rotatably stored in the case, and the rotary disk 32 has a large number of storage portions 32c formed from cutouts for storing tablets or the like in its outer circumferential edge. A hopper 11 is arranged above the rotary disk, and the feed chute is vibrated by a vibrator 23 when feeding the tablets to be fed from the hopper to the inclined low position side of the rotary disk via a feed chute 22. The tablets stored in the storage portion and dropped from the tablet outlet are counted by a counting unit 30. A filling unit 50 is provided, which fills the container with the counted tablets.
