PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a flooring material excellent in features such as impact resistance or the like even if a backer layer is not used. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet for the flooring material is equipped with a picture-patterned layer and a surface-protective layer in this order on a rigid film of at least 100-500μm in thickness, while tensile modulus of this rigid film measured according to the provision of JIS K6734 is 1,000 MPa or more.
