<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten drying time when drying the inside of a resin liner constituting a tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This drying device 100 includes: straight piping 110 inserted inside the resin liner 10; four branch piping 120a, 120b, 120c, 120d branched and connected to the straight piping 110 and inserted into the resin liner 10 together with the straight piping 110; a drive part for moving a tip of each branch piping 120a, 120b, 120c, 120d to a part opposing to a part where water is easily collected inside the resin liner 10; and a suction device 130 for sucking water from the part where water is easily collected inside the resin liner 10 via the branch piping 120a, 120b, 120c, 120d and straight piping 110.
