The invention relates to a movable type air purge apparatus for underground institution, comprising: an electric vehicle with wheels; a battery for supplying power to the electric vehicle; a brush provided to the electric vehicle to remove contaminants on the bottom surface; a dust collector, including: an air inlet formed on the top thereof to allow outside air to enter, an air outlet emitting purified air after the outside air having entered through the air inlet is purified, a contaminant outlet formed on the bottom thereof to emit contaminants contained in the outside air having entered through the air inlet, and a multiplicity of filters in a horizontal stack form installed at the electric vehicle to eliminate contaminants from the outside air having entered inside through the air inlet and thus discharge clean air to the air outlet; a turbofan disposed on the air outlet, through which outside air is introduced into the dust collector and purified air is emitted; and a compressed air feeder for blowing compressed air into the filters.
