PURPOSE: A transfer substrate, method of manufacturing the same and method of manufacturing organic electric filed emitting element are provided to efficiently manufacture the large area flat panel display having the organic electric filed emitting element. CONSTITUTION: The light reflecting layer pattern(30) has optical transmission areas and the light reflective area and is placed in the first plane of the base layer(10). The photovoltaic conversion layer(50) is arranged corresponding to the optical transmission area on the first plane. The transfer layer(70) is formed on the photovoltaic conversion layer. The light reflecting layer pattern has the opening corresponding to optical transmission areas. The photovoltaic conversion layer is formed in the light reflecting layer pattern image by being extended to the light reflective area. The planarization layer(60) is formed on the light reflecting layer and photovoltaic conversion layer.
