A packing pack and a manufacturing device are provided to improve the structure to be easily opened and used, and to achieve discernment through the design of the mark portion. A packing pack includes a receiving case(10), a protection film(30) and a separation band(50). The receiving case has an inner space for receiving the content, and a cover portion(15) capable of being opened and closed. The protection film made of a transparent material encloses the outer surface of the receiving case. The separation band comes into contact with the protection film and is used to remove a part of the protection film. The separation band has a handle portion that is gripped by a user. A colored mark portion(70) is installed on a part that corresponds to the handle portion.
