<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic abutment which is fixed easily to a desired position. <P>SOLUTION: The orthodontic abutment 1 comprises a fixing section 4 screwed to the jaw bone, a locking section 3 on which an orthodontic energizing member is locked, and a plate. The fixing section 4 has three projections 7a and 7b which are formed integrally with the fixing section, extend outward from the circumference of the fixing section, are tapered toward their distal ends and have sharp distal ends.
