PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharging device comprising a water discharge means movable between a use position and a non-use position, a water supply means prohibiting and allowing the power supply to the water discharge means, an operation means for operating the water supply means, and a lock means for locking the operation means at a water supply stop position, wherein water discharge from the water discharge means at the non-use position can be effectively prevented more than that of the water discharging device in patent documents 1, 2. SOLUTION: This water discharging device comprises the water discharge means movable between the use position and the non-use position, the water supply means for prohibiting and allowing the water supply to the water discharge means, the operation means for operating the water supply means, the locking means for locking the operation means at the water supply stop position, and an operation stop means for stopping the operation of the lock means locking the operation means at the water supply stop position when the water discharge means is at the non-use position.
