PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated heat exchanger and its manufacturing method capable of collectively and surely brazing a heat exchanger main body and a lead-in and lead-out pipe portion in a furnace, and reducing manufacturing man-hours. SOLUTION: In this laminated heat exchanger comprising a heat exchanger main body having a heat exchange core formed by alternately laminated tubes and fins, and tanks formed at both longitudinal ends of the tubes, a lead-in pipe connected with a lead-in pipe connecting portion at one longitudinal end of the tank for leading a heat exchanging medium into the tank, a lead-out pipe connected with a lead-out pipe connecting portion at the other longitudinal end of the tank for leading out the heat exchanging medium from the tank, and a flange supporting the lead-in pipe and the lead-out pipe, the lead-in pipe and/or lead-out pipe is provided with a split structure in the laminating direction, and one end portion is inserted into the other end portion and collectively brazed with the heat exchanger main body.
